You need to give it a try!

Pondered a long time before attempting to do my own taxes. Pleasantly surprised with my experience with product. Would highly recommend to "newbies"
What's great about it: Nice having the constant reviews and update options. The instant on screen changes of refund/due amounts were great.
What's not so great: None

Federal Tax return was rejected multiply times error read that box 4 under exemptions need to be checked. When I opened the form to fix the issue. I noticed box 4 was checked not sure why my forms are being rejected. Turbo Tax was unable to fix the problem so I have to file the paperwork versus filing electronic. Seems to be more glitches in the system this year.
What's not so great: Federal Tax refurn was rejected due to box 4 under exemptions not being checked

Every year you improve the interface. It was already good but this year was even easier than last year. I'm sure you are better at understanding all the rules of the IRS than I do. I feel confident using Turbo Tax. Thanks for helping me get my taxes done.
What's great about it: Just the best way to file. Step by step instructions are great.

How Simple Can It Be

Its almost a no-brainer to do your return. Every year the program improves upon itself. Why get professional 'help' when it's so much better to use TT.
What's great about it: Very easy and comprehensive. No longer have a feeling of being overwealmed by the thought of doing my taxes. No areas
What's not so great: Nothing-the program just gets better year after year

Got great Refund

I wish I could know better if I will probably just get the Standard deduction instead of tracking a lot of expenses which I am not going to be using.
What's great about it: Getting a refund
What's not so great: Fill like getting a standard deduction wasted me a lot of time in tracking my expenses
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

over-all i prefer turbo tax as it is easy to use,and i value my tax return more than some tax adviser that is only concerned with getting paid for doing my taxes and not maximizing my return.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: help was not availble for vehicle mileage section questions not asked previous years

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years now and I love it! I have talked many people into buying and trying it. Not only for the price, which is great, but for the help they help me with. The program asks questions to help me find more money coming to me. I also liked the fact that when my son was just starting out in the workforce, I was able to help prepare his taxes on the same program without having to go out and purchase another one.
What's great about it: Not only do I love the price of the program but I like the fact that it is easy to use, helps me find more money!
