Awesome way to do taxes

I enjoy the way Turbo Tax can go back to the previous years and use your information to do this years taxes. This saves a person like me that isn't the best typist. I really like this feature.

i used turbo tax deluxe to file my return this year and loved it, it took all the stress out of tax season for me

Like sitting next to an expert

Turbo Tax has improved over last years program. Filling out the return was easy. It only took about an hour. I felt like I was sitting next to a tax expert who was asking questions which were easy to understand and answer. The definitions and examples next to the questions were very helpful. I am confident that the return is complete and accurate.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and confident with the return.
What's not so great: Had to pay more taxes.

Great as always with a few exceptions: the wait to speak to a TurboTax customer service agent was way too long - one hour!
The TurboTax Community feature was worthless as a resource to get filing questions answered.
What's great about it: Easy navigation
What's not so great: Loooong wait for phone customer service
