Love getting a refund

I was so disapppointed with the hidden fees. I thought that you got one free download of your State particular tax forms but instead I was charged $42.00 for it and then $20 more to e-file. I have no problem paying for the e-file but was very upset that I had to pay to get the forms, I can get them free online. I think that this needs to me clearly stated on the package.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you throught step by step
What's not so great: Hidden fees

It is very easy to use, comprehensive, and gives you peace of mind.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: have to buy it every year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
