Takes the headache out of Taxes

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. It keeps my info from the previous years, and makes sure I address everything that may have changed. I can do my taxes on my own schedule, and it reviews everything before I submit my returns. Provides resources for any questions I might need help with.
What's great about it: Provides guidance, Verification, and imports info fromthe year before.
What's not so great: Some explainations are somewhat vague.

When software updates for a state are implemented, there should an explanation of what was updated, just like you do for federal updates. It seems that customer service people who work on "chat" are not as proficient as those who you talk to. It is also frustrating that I was cut off when talking to customer service and they did not call me back, but instead I had to call back and go through the wait time again.
What's great about it: Ease of importing last year's return
What's not so great: software updates for AZ for 2011 still not implemented

Using TurboTax for Years

I have been using TurboTax for years now and will continue to use the product. Very rarely if ever have I encountered difficulties with the program or the updates.
A friend of mine, a professional tax preparer comes over and we have fun bouncing my use of the home version and his professional version. About the only thing he can pick on me for is the use of capital letters and not rounding to whole dollars.
The home version does not guide you through some of the more intricate situations so in this case, unless you know a professional tax preparer, the upgrade to the next level might be advisable.
What's great about it: Easy to use, automatic updates, step by step and forms views
What's not so great: Capitaliztion all places, should enforce rounding to whole dollars, wish states were not limited to just one,

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread

For a mathmatically challenged person like me I love the ease of filling in these stupid tax forms. I have tried doing it by hand and almost every year had some sort of mistake. Other software packages also always seemed to have bugs. I have used TurboTax for about 5 years and never had a problem.

Been using turbo tax since it came out. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Recommend it to family and friends and we all use it. As a financial person love the ease and features in turbo tax. Keep up the great work.

The last step

Have used TT for several years. Generally pleased with the integration of forms, info, etc. This year very frustrated at filing when an 'error' appeared that resulted in endless looping. Have now filed Federal return still waiting on a fix to file the State return.
