What's great about it: everything was explained and if you still didnt understand there was a way to find out.

What's great about it: directions generally clear
What's not so great: couldn't figure out how to pay estimated taxes electronically

I am very happy with Turbo Tax. I would not use any other software. Turbo Tax has been my choice for atleast 6 years
What's great about it: Easy and accurate use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The main reason I purchase Turbo Tax is because I can carry over from previous Turbo Tax years. For the past two years I have not been able to pull up the previous year for whatever reason. I find this extremely frustrating. As it turns out, it does me no good to save my previous years on my computer because I cannot use past data. Next year I will try a different product to see how it does.
What's great about it: As always, product is good once you begin
What's not so great: not compatible with other Turbo tax years

STUMBLED A FEW TIMES. MOSTLY DUE TO NOT HAVING ALL INFORMATION FROM BROKERS. LOCAL BANKS AND FCU NOT LISTED FOR INPORTING.
What's great about it: IT WENT FAIRLY QUICKLY
What's not so great: NO PHONE NUMBERS LISTED ON CURRENT PRODUCTS
