I've been using TurboTax for 15 years and it continued to be a solid product for my returns.
What's great about it: Worked well - Indiana State return had no problems (as in MN)

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. Very happy with the product. Don't need the "Walk Thru" but entering data correctly is a snap.

Cheaper, easier than going to a tax preparer

Easier for me than gathering documents and paying someone else to enter info. Avoids a 2nd apt. with the preparer if I forget a document.. Just pause, find info, enter. Done & filed quickly.
What's great about it: Easy. Questions & explanations are clear. Less expensive than going to preparer.
What's not so great: Didn't tell the cost of state filing upfront.

The Easy Guide is wonderful

Turbo Tax is made to be easy to use and understood by those that are not Professionals. It makes you feel like the software is looking out for your best interest by getting you the highest refund possible. Also when you file the following year it has your last years info as a comparison. Therefore eliminating the need for you to pull out your own paperwork. I just love Turbo Tax

Very Happy with TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax to file our taxes for more than 15 years. I love that it provides a prior year comparison and reminds me about things I've deducted and reported on my past return. It is easy to use. The investment section is somewhat confusing, however, this topic is confusing to me anyway.
What's great about it: Guides me through sections, provides prior year comparisons
What's not so great: Investment sections are somewhat confusing

I have used other slightly less expensive software but TurboTax is well worth a little extra because its features cover all my situations, makes entries understandable and gives peace of mind.
What's great about it: Reasonable price, best software available

I have used Turbo Tax for more than a decade,
I appreciate the easy of lay out and the links to help clarify individual items. I continue to appreciate the deductions it helps me identify I may be eligible to receive.
I also like the error check.
What's great about it: easy format to follow
What's not so great: can't visualize link out to supporting forms while entering data
