I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I am competely satisfied with the ease and accuracy of this great tax program. I would never use any other program!!

The program is a great tool and I have used it for years. If you get stumped there are many ways you can research what you need. Beginning to end, TurboTax is a solid product.
What's great about it: Awesome workflow
What's not so great: Couldn't use return to pay for filing on the Mac program.

An easy afternoon.

If your tax filing is more complicated than you could accomplish on the most basic tax form, use TurboTax. It saves so much time over reading through pages of instructions in a seemingly endless parade of IRS and state forms and documents. Most entries are self explanatory and, if you still don't quite get what is being requested, extra help screens are available at the click of mouse. Tax time is enough of an effort; use TurboTax and save yourself much aggravation.
What's great about it: Guides you through everything you wish to have guidance with.
What's not so great: Asked for a street address that was not provided on a W-2. Had to do some extra research to find that!

Hopefully I don't get audited

The process was easy, but there was some items which I didn't understand and there was not "Explain This" button to click on.
So, if I don't get audited, this would be a great system.

What's not so great: Seems to go to be true
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Just get your paperwork together and put the figures in and answer the questions, one at a time. I loved it!!!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem and have never been audited and have never had to amend a return. Highly recommend it!

Quick, Easy, and Fool-proof!!

This couldn't have been easier! It really makes me wonder why I have been spending a lot of money to have an accountant do our taxes! Turbo Tax walked me through every step, and since I had worked it out on paper ahead of time, I was double checking along the way. It was almost identical to what I had figured, and even found me an extra $5 towards my federal refund. I will be doing this every year from now on!!
What's great about it: Everything!

I found this program to be easy to follow, makes me upset how much money I wasted at H and R Block over the years!!!
What's great about it: how it transfered our personal information over. Helped with time
What's not so great: did not like that we did not know we needed a special kit for medical expenses
