I have used Turbo Tax for an uncontable amount of years and one year I bought another system and it was the worst experience (NIGHTMARE) and a waste of money. I would not use any other system
What's great about it: guide me tours knows what I need without me telling the system
What's not so great: updates

Worth while tool for getting taxes done

Turbo Tax makes it easier to do your taxes with their interview process. It gives you the ability to look up tax information while going through the interview process if you should have questions. Remembers where you are down to the last completed section if you cannot complete the whole process at one time.
What's great about it: Covers most tax situations, easy to use, saves where you are to allow you to finish later

Once again, a flawless experience

I have been a TurboTax user for well over 10 years and this is yet another year that I can chalk up the score under the "completely satisfied" category.
I don't even consider any other means of doing my taxes.
What's great about it: Thorough and organized
What's not so great: I miss the fluid movement between interview and forms

Michigan

I've always used Turbo Tax and overall I like the program, however this year when doing my 82 year old mother's state of Michigan return your program missed the 1947 cutoff date for taxing pensions. Had my partner, who's retired, not known that anyone born before 1947 did not have to pay Michigan income tax on their pension, my mother would have paid $400 for taxes she does not owe. Your software did not catch this or have anyway other than selecting that the pension was from Public/Govt to remove the state tax liability.
What's great about it: User-friendly
What's not so great: Missed an important exclusion

Used Turbo tax for years-None better!

I truly enjoy using TurboTax to do my taxes. It is by far the quickest, easiest, and economical way to do your taxes yourself. I end my tax season each year with confidence that my taxes were done correctly. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy user interface, step by step instructions, fast, quick response to questions
What's not so great: Would like to see more detail regarding audit flags other than "this is uncommon".

Excellent tool

The tax tool covers everything and is very well organized. The error check is super. I run the check several times before e-filing. Worth the money.
What's great about it: Covers everything
What's not so great: Hard to get previous tax files if you have a hard drive failure.
