Saved Hours of Work

Outstanding product in every sense. Tracks all the details I don't have time or energy to research. Knows the deductions I would never have thought to include or even think of. Always a quality product year after year (been using for 10+ years). My only comment is that I live in Florida and am not required to file any state taxes, yet every year it asks me to file. Maybe an option to say no thanks not required and let me move on rather than saying I will do it later. Other than that 100% satisfied year after year.
What's great about it: Does all the heavy lifting for me I just fill in the blanks
What's not so great: Florida does not require State taxes for most persons yet it keeps telling me to file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like turbo tax a lot, and have used it for many years. I was getting a little irritated when I was trying to fix a couple errors and it would not take me back to where the problem was on the page so I could see and figure out what I entered or did not enter was wrong.
What's great about it: Turbo tax does all the figuring for me.
What's not so great: When I needed to fix an error, It did not take me back to the page to see what the problem was.

Easily done!

I have used TurboTax helping my friends and this year was my first to use myself.....I didn't get the results I wanted due to my own income, but the assistance made it easy.
What's great about it: Step by step assistance was great!
What's not so great: Nothing.....

Always so simple

For standard situations, this software is hard to beat.
What's great about it: Simple, guided
What's not so great: Sometimes too vanilla

I have been doing turbo tax for a few years and is very easy to use. no matter what kind of difficult things I had each year I manage to get it all done with turbo tax. really a great tool.
What's great about it: very easy, fast to load information, easy to efile
What's not so great: don't like having to pay for state to efile

lgreat experience - turbo tax does not cost - it pays because fees by well known tax services- and professionals are very
much higher . for me turbo does the job - and my return
includes wages-soc- security - investmens - interest- dividends- ira-pensions-... no problem - just follow turbo
and you cant go wrong - and the state tax filing - is completed - so you are now readty to file - and you
are glad you used turbo-tax - see you next year

Taxes are so confusing but Turbo Tax walks me through it and eases the pain of doing taxes. I like how it walks me through the process and asks questions to find maximum returns and minimal payments to the government, Thank you turbo tax team
