FAST & EASY

I USE IT EVERY YEAR AND HAVE DONE SO FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS. IT SEEMS A LITTLE OVER PRICED!

Taxation Without Aggravation!

I was dreading the chore of figuring out and filing my taxes. Luckily, I decided to use Turbo Tax and am I glad I did! Right from the start the easy, step-by-step guidance made my tax preparation a relaxed and headache-free experience. I am confident that I am getting my maximum refund as well. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Extremely user friendly in tone. Very easy to navigate.
What's not so great: No cons in my experience.

Dependable as always

Having used Turbo Tax since the mid 90's, I wouldn't do taxes any other way. It's always dependable, quick, I know how to gather the information throughout the year to have ready, it makes an unpleasant task as least painful as possible.
What's great about it: Walks me thru it, checks for errors
What's not so great: Didn't take me back to where I left off after closing
Pros: I bought or sold investments

No Need for Speed - Turbo Tax Does for You

The prompting for income and deductions makes it so easy to use Turbo Tax. You always know where you stand and you go through the process. It seems like it gets faster and easier every year. I appreciate the validation as you go through the process and I also like the "possibility of an audit' indicator. I have now been a Turbo Tax customer for over 10 years and I wouldn't use any other tax software. See you in 2014!

Easy to do!

Have used Turbotax several years and it get better each year.
Have only E-filed my Federal tax return because it was free. Just couldn't bring my self to pay to E-file state return for the price of a few stamps. The only thing I didn't like was all the wasted paper that got printed out to save a copy and send the state return by mail. This year I E-filed both returns and it was a relief not have to deal with all the wasted paper to mail state return. Please have free E-file for both returns in the future.
