Essential tool for tax filing

I've used Turbo-Tax for many years. It covered me for the most complex of tax forms for the several businesses I ran, and now covers me in my retirement years. I wouldn't file without it.
What's great about it: Has every form I need
What's not so great: No one likes to file their tax, but the pro's of Turbo-Tax make the process as painless as possible

I can trust turbotax to bring me through this process accurately, and well.
I have confidence in them. I've been using Turbotax for 6 years now, and have never had a problem.

Professional and Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I'm a transportation worker (railroad conductor) and it correctly calculates by DOT meals and gives me the higher rate of deduction due DOT employees. I use ItsDeductable and it brings in all my deductions in a flash and was 100% accurate. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by Step guide made sure I got every deduction

Turbo Tax is my favorite way to do taxes

I have been using Turbotax for close to 10 years now. I was worried that I might have an easy time using it when I bought my home, however I was glad to be wrong. I feel it is more useful now because it helps me manage all of my deductions, especially the value of my donations.
What's great about it: Quick, user friendly, always worked well for me
What's not so great: installing new software each year, it would be great if it uninstalled the previous versions

OK, but could be better

TurboTax remains an easy and quick way to complete moderately complicated returns. However, in recent years, they have sent us more and more through the interview process rather than allowing us to enter directly to the forms necessary. For those of us can do it directly, this makes tax prep harder. I do wish we could direcly enter 1099s and w-2s.
What's great about it: Good basic walkthrough
What's not so great: Miss being able to enter forms directly
