Started Rocky, but it got Smoother

TT started kind of ruff because I was initially forced to create a form 4852 in order to capture my military retirement pay., and the double billing for one state return (I hope i can get refunded). However, I was able to get in touch with a live representative, I was walked through all of my issues with ease.
There are some issues to work out, but overall TT did meet my requirement.
What's great about it: Double chargee for 1 state tax filing
What's not so great: Initially wouldn't let me out filing for two states.

Easy peasy

I found the process very straight forward and easy to follow. The program walks you through, step-by-step for every income and deduction. There are plenty of detailed explanations available for each piece to help you decide if or how a category may apply to an individual. I particularly love the easy of the electronic filing and set up to have refunds direct deposited to a bank account.

Covered all the bases!

Turbo-Tax is easy to follow and covered everything that applies to me, even some things I might otherwise have overlooked.
I also like the More Info sections so I can learn more about how different credits/deductions etc. may or may not apply to me now or next year.
I know that I have the latest updates that load quickly and efficiently. In my case it actually had new updates at the beginning of my work and once again it had two more at the end before finalizing.
Now I know that my return is absolutely correct.

What's great about it: Quick and fast-loading updates keep me confident everything is current.

Got it Done!

This is the 7th year I've used Turbo Tax. It's always easy to use, quick and thorough. I've never had a problem. I was randomly audited last year for 2011, but just had to provide documentation for deductions claimed, and cleared the audit without issue. I think Turbo Tax is a great tool for anyone who doesn't want to pay someone else to do something that they can do themselves with some help from Turbo Tax, of course! ;)

Turbo speed to complete my return

The first time I used Turbo Tax is when the format was using MS-Dos, now you know how old I am. From its very beginning the folks at Turbo Tax as stepped outside the box to improve their product. Keep up the good work. As long as I'm around I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I ahve subscribed to Turbo Tax for many many years and each year it becomes easier.
What's not so great: Nothing to report.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy guided return

I have been using TurboTax for the past 3 years and I am completely satisfied with my experience. The easy to use features and step-by-step guidance are very appealing and the fact that I can avoid reading through all the different tax documents is more than pleasant.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate features, step by step guidance
What's not so great: Redundancy in questions but probably helpful to assure accuracy
