Love getting money back!

I love how it gives you ideas about what things you can deduct.
What's great about it: They ask the questions and you give the answers, don't have to fill out forms by hand
What's not so great: its difficult sometimes to understand what the errors are on the error check

Simple and Quick!

This was the first time I used Turbo Tax Deluxe. It was easier than I had anticipated. It was as though someone was along side of me providing guidance through the process. It was great having the option to E-File! I definitely plan to use this product again in the future. I highly recommend Turbo Tax Deluxe!
What's great about it: I enjoyed the additional information available for each topic. The ability to E-File is great!

Helpful Little Program

I have used Turbo Tax ever since it came out I believe. I love not having to go to some idiot and pay out the little bit of money I'm getting back to him. Turbo Tax makes taxes simple. It's a great program, I recommend to everyone at Tax Time!
What's great about it: Not having to pay some idiot to help me out
What's not so great: No one to ask questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When filing Federal and State separately once you file your federal electronically it is very confusing to try to come back and file your state by mail. The program doesn't guide you very well if you dont file your tax returns at the same time.
What's great about it: Informative, good online linking to IRS help.
What's not so great: Filing is confusing.
