Easy to use. Able to find education credits for our college freshman. We've used this project for years and it keeps getting easier and better!

The bomb

Turbo tax was easy to follow,user friendly and met my needs. i really like using Its deductible. the only problem I had was printing it. i couldn't figure how to print...it asked me if I wanted to save it or send to a pdf or cancel

Simplicity Refined

I have used TurboTax for many years and find it to be accurate and efficient. Using this product in lieu of a licensed professional keeps me in touch with my finances and assists me in organizing my records. I was very leery of doing my tax returns unassisted but was convinced to try it and have been a devotee ever since.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions

Taxes made simple

I have been using Turbo Tax for 2 years (convert from Tax Cut) and I love it. It is simple to use and easy to maneuver in. My only complaint would be the cost. It seems that originally Turbo Tax and Tax Cut were much more inexpensive, and now that so many people are hooked, the prices went up. Please bring the price down.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and the thing that bugs me the most is that on the income and expenses section where there are multiple areas to cover. When you finish one section and it returns you to the main income or expenses page, it always takes you to the top of the page and you have to scroll through all the work you have already done to get to the next section. It would be nice if when you were done with one section and you continue, it automatically takes you to the next incomplete section.

It used to be easier to go from the program to the actual tax forms for review.
What's great about it: Fairly simple to follow the directions.
