The Customer Service was Amazing!!!

We were able to get our taxes done within an hour, but when we ran across a problem with the state refund the Customer Service people were so nice and so ready to do anything they could to make the problem right!! We will be using Again and Again!
What's great about it: Amazing Customer Service, FAST
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing

Turbo Tax Takes care Of Me

As always, Turbo Tax takes you step by step through the tax maze. The approach is so organized that any doubt you may have is erased. For the majority of the tax payers, this product will definately meet your needs (and expectations).
Filing electronically is a breeze.
What's great about it: Simple and Easy to Use
What's not so great: Software had a glitch when moving to State return

I've been using this program for 4 years and I absolutely love it!! I recommend this to everyone :)
What's great about it: Very easy instructions to follow. Always gets me the most I can get
What's not so great: My state return has never been free even though it says 1 free state filing per disc

Turbo tax is easy to use, doesnt miss a thing and
eases my mind to know Im doing my taxes correctly. Every year I use this software and I have never been audited or have never had any tax problems. I highly recommend Turbo Tax

DOING MY OWN TAXES

Every thing worked very well until I got to the sate tax return, and there was a problem, and I had to call for help. My state problem was taken care of, and I finished up.
What's great about it: I enjoy doing my own taxes. Easy to do with this software.

Use Turbo every year for years love it.....
What's great about it: love the transfer of last years data
What's not so great: wish when you live in a state without income tax it just doesn't come up
