i have been using turbo tax past 6 years and i do it on my own and it is easy to understand and i will be using this for rest of my life. i recommend turbo tax to all working individuals.
What's great about it: easy access
What's not so great: takes too much time to open the application and ask for updates everytime.

Turbo Tax is Awesome

Turbo Tax is Terrific!! It asks questions in plain English. Nothing is complicated or confusing. I love it, I wouldn't use anything else to do my taxes. I feel like someone is holding my hand every step of the way. Hooray for TURBO TAX!!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so simple, fast and convenient
What's not so great: Couldn't think of any!!

Easy to Follow

I have been using TurboTax for several years and found it to be very easy to use. All entry instructions are easy to follow and well grouped. Use Quicken to record all expenses and then the Quicken year-end "Summary Reports" provide nearly all of the information required by TurboTax.
What's great about it: Transfer of information from previous year was great help

Quick and easy

In the last 7 years I have had only two missteps from Turbo tax, disappointing but ok. You guys are still trustworthy and easy to use since that time.
I can do my taxes on my time, research what I need, come back later and update - one price. If it takes a month, so be it. I don't feel rushed and it gives me time to make sure I haven't left anything out.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process
What's not so great: Sometimes redundant, but you can navigate around most of the repeated questions

Simplicity at its best when it comes to tax time..

Having used TurboTax for the past four years for the whole family is great. Since there are five in the family we use all that is available to us with TurboTax. It helps make the stress of tax time go simply and correctly to a quick return back to all of us.
What's great about it: The ease of using the program and completeness of the tax forms.
What's not so great: If you make a mistake its a bit harder to go back and find the correct place or way to replace with correct information.

Overall good as usual. Seemed a bit harder to get out of the 'wizard' view and into a more 'expert' type of view. Still great.

Fast and Easy

I'm going to use TurboTax as long I can. It's a fast and easy way to do my Taxes and to see how what I'm putting in is changing my refund amount.
What's great about it: Love that I know what I'm getting. Easy to use.
What's not so great: Hope I did everything correctly
