My fourth year using Turbo Tax!! It gets easier and less worrisome each year!!!
What's great about it: simple and worry free!!
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Wow! So much easier than the online service I was using. Should have switched years ago. Love the great downloads from my investment services. Makes it smoothe and easy and saved me a lot of time.
What's great about it: Very simple to navigate
What's not so great: State was not free

We have been using Turbo Tax for many years and each year there are a few chnages but it's still simple and easy to use.
What's great about it: Like the ease and the flow of Turbo Tax
What's not so great: It might not be posible but having error check throughtout the process

As alway, TurboTax is the bomb: that means it's very good. I learned that from my teenage son. We've used products created by Intuit for quite a few years, and have always found them to be very, very good. In my opinion, TurboTax is so accurate and reliable, that even a Treasury Secretary could figure it out! LOL!!
What's great about it: super easy, accurate and trustworthy
What's not so great: being charged an additional $19.99 to file my state taxes.

AMAZING customer service

I have used Turbo Tax in the past with no issues at all- always very straight forward and simple. This year was different as I was living in one state, moved to another for a job, and the job is in yet another state. The deluxe version of the online forms did not guide me step by step when it came to completing NY and CT taxes. After waiting to chat with someone, the chat eventually turned into a phone call because the situation was more complicated. James, the rep I spoke to, was not completely sure what was wrong with my filing, but took the time to figure it out and called me at a later date to help me complete everything. AMAZING AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL! So grateful to not have had to pay hundreds of $$ to an accountant; and will happily continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: excellent personalized assistance
What's not so great: the forms were not straight forward enough for me to complete filing on my own

I've used Turbo Tax since 2007.Easy, fast and efficent way to do taxes. Follow up within program to correct errors assures me of filing the proper information for fast refunds, both Federal and State.
What's great about it: Guided all thru the process
What's not so great: Charges for State E-filings
