Great Product!

TurboTax is a great product. I would have given it five stars, if I had not had the problem with the Minnesota state software.
What's great about it: Great product that saves much time.
What's not so great: Problems with Minnesota state tax software.

This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax and I will be using it every year from now on. I love how user friendly this software is and have recommended it to many family members and friends.

Turbo Tax is easy to use even for a novice. Make sure you have all paperwork on hand when you begin. I wish there was some way to Mark a place that you need to return to. I love the download feature of the W2 information and other financial information as well. It is very helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to use, loved the walk thru's.
What's not so great: If have to skip somethng because I don't have the information at hand, I have a hard time finding my way back

Honestly, TurboTax was very easy and quick compared to other programs and places that I've tried.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, Helpful, Cheap, Professional.
What's not so great: Repetitive.

Very Good program

Real estate taxes are not matched up with the Schedule A when entering the information in the prgram. The question on taxes could permit you to enter the same data twice.
What's great about it: Intuitive and links to IRS site for more information
What's not so great: real estate taxes paid could mistakenly be entered twice in program

Terry was the gentleman I talked with during my questions on TurboTax. He was very patient and very helpful. If he was unsure of a question and answer, he found out the proper way to perform EVERYTHING. It took us hours and I waited an hour to have help on a MAC, but all went well.
What's great about it: Yeah
