Easier to Use and update.

Easy to install and with automatic updating, just plug in your previous copy of you turbotax data and the program inputs them to your form, of course with changes in your status can be easily entered. When you exit the program halfway and get back to enter some more data, it goes to where you left off the last time you use the program.
What's great about it: Easier to use and if you used it previously transfer all your previous information so you don't have to input them again
What's not so great: none I encountered with this program.

I always use Turbo Tax every year it is quick and easy to navigate thru the return
What's great about it: Ease of use takes you thru detail
What's not so great: a little slow in coming up but that may be my old computer

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2003, and I love it
What's great about it: I can sit at my leisure and concentrate on making sure I get all my paperwork and enter all the correct info
What's not so great: nothing

This was my first with TurboTax.
It was intuitive and did most of the work for me. If you have all your records, it goes as fast as you want/can. If you need to stop, it waits patiently.
As you use it more, you gain confidence that it will keep you out of trouble and make recommendations.
Think of it as a great watchdog that's also fun to be with, and most of all TRY IT!!!

Calculations made easy

It is confusing when the medical deductions are asked for in many different ways. For example Hospital Fees, Clinic or Dr Office fees, Physician charges, lab fees. Just put one big category for out of pocket medical since your way leaves room for double entry on some expenses. I was constantly double checking to see that it all added up to the original total number.

I have used this service for several years and always am fully satisfied with the instructions and the ease of entry of all the data needed to complete the file. Then - review takes place to be sure I didn't miss anything.
What's great about it: Files from previous years already on file
What's not so great: N one
