Super Easy!

I have used accountants for many years and was always intimidated when it came to doing my own taxes. So I decided to try Turbo Tax this year. Wish I had a long time ago. It is surprisingly easy and thorough.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and flowed nicely.
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

you can't go wrong with turbo tax. the step by step method was easy to understand and helpline was very useful. I will recommend the product to others.

I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years. It gets easier and better every year. I actually enjoy doing my taxes. All that is required is having all of the paperwork ready to plug in the numbers. Turbo Tax is like having your own tax expert at your fingertips!
What's great about it: Fast, thorough, expertly guided

Ease of use

For the 5th or 6th year I used Turbo Tax for my Tax filing needs. If you're organized and have your information ready to input, the process takes about an hour or so to complete. The fact that you can e-file your return just adds to the benefits. I am confident that my return is accurate and it feels great to quickly put behind me an otherwise burdensome chore.

such a great product, I've been using it for years! I did have to wait until the company updated the state forms, but it didn't negatively impact me.
What's great about it: found all credits
What's not so great: wish state e-filing was free

Great explanations and smooth process

Everything I stated above. I like how the program assumes no minimal deductions, then the number gets better the further along you go.
What's great about it: Great explanations, smooth process, assumes the worst then increases your refund as you go along
What's not so great: More detail on deductions when buying a home would have be helpful
