Simple and easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years, I used others and with multiple States Turbo Tax was the only one that calculated correctly. My complaint is the fact that I have to purchase the second state and it costs as much as the entire program but it does not allow me to electronically file without an additional fee.
What's great about it: Simple and Easy
What's not so great: Second State costing as much as program

NOT FEELING A WARM AND FUZZY

Could have been me, since I am responding to prompts I expected everything to be crystal clear. Going to the community Is not where I want to go for the answers. Maybe I overlooked another source for answers to my questions. Before the e-file info popped up about a SC form dealing with charitable contributions. On this efile I am not confident I corrected the errors but all reviews gave an ok.
What's great about it: MOST AREAS ARE PRETTY CLEAR
What's not so great: The Health Savings Account portion confused me

Love Turbo Tax

Love the software and the explanations about certain terms I do not understand. Very user friendly and informative.
What's great about it: Very friendly tax software with a lot of explanation to every question I had.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax makes doing your own taxes so easy that the thought of paying someone else to do it is down right silly!

easy and quick

Used tubotax for last few years. quick and easy to use. Even tried someone else to see if refund went up but ending up spending the money for nothing but peace of mind.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: could always be cheaper ..... but still cheaper than other options

First problem ever, when forms were changed and made the early CDs glitch. After downloading a good program, everything went very smoothly, as I expect each year. Thank you for such a reliable program.
What's great about it: I've been using TT since it began and I couldn't do my taxes without it! Always reliable, clear and thorough.
What's not so great: This year, I bought the program early and there was a problem. Had to call twice. Finally downloaded it.
