Anyone can do it

This is my second year using Turbo tax and even preparing my own income tax. While mine is probably not that complicated it was nice to have a guide and step by step process. Particularly like the way I can establish the value of donated items. Have a lot of stuff to donate and it make it much easier.
What's great about it: Found everything easy to follow

GOT IT DONE!

I kept typing in different numbers for my w2 to try and figure out what it was that was making it go up and down - I wish there was a way that TurboTax could explain it. But other than that, it was great and easy. I shouldn't have procrastinated - it was a cinch!
What's great about it: It was so fast!
What's not so great: I didn't really understand why my refund went from ALOT to like, nothing...

I have been using turbotax for several years now and it seems to get better and better.
What's great about it: Ease of use and detailed all at once
What's not so great: Sometimes the explainantion is not sufficient

Quick Easy.

All in all we use Turbo tax every year. The taxes are done easily with a minimal amount of stress.
What's great about it: Can do it right at home.
What's not so great: No one at home to ask questions of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy

Overall I've used turbotax for years, never been unhappy with the product, sometime unhappy with the small return (but that's how I plan for it). I would much rather have the money to spend, then let Uncle Sam keep it for me.
Next year may be a bit more complicated, new home, retirement distributions (early) and other factors will all need to be handled. I'm sure that TurboTax is up to the task.
What's great about it: Easy to follow - the guide knew what I had from last year and just followed along
What's not so great: None - for this years return
