First time struggle

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. I have even recommended it to friends. This year however, I had a difficult time trying to figure out how to input info about my least vehicle and none f the helps were able to direct me so i just gave up. Other than that, it was an okay experience.
What's great about it: Overall good product and fairly easy to follow
What's not so great: Vehicle leasing help

I've used turbotax the past 5 years or more and I love it. I do think i need a new computer because the past two years I have had to manually update because it wouldn't automatically update but that is my only complaint. Otherwise I completely trust and enjoy doing my taxes with turbotax and recommend it to everyone I know.
What's great about it: quick and helpful

Ease and simplicity

I have been using turbotax for many years and continue to be impressed each time. As tax law becomes more complex for the average American, Turbotax continues to provide easily understood data collection. The step by step approach along with the pop-up information boxes makes the entire tax preparation less tiring and tedious. Thanks again for providing a quality product.
