TURBO TAX HAS BECOME A YEARLY TRADITION IN MY FAMILY AND IT REALLY TAKES AWAY THE "DREAD" OF TAX TIME WITH AN EASY TO USE STEP BY STEP PROGRAM. JUST AWESOME.
What's great about it: QUICK, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, VERY WELL ORGANIZED

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and am very pleased with the product. It is easy to use goes through all income and deductions some I did not think of. The step by step is great for people like me ans if you just want to enter things woith out the step by step help you can just as easy.
What's great about it: Asks al the right questions and is very easy to use
What's not so great: Pay to file state tax refund electronicaly

I've used Turbo Tax for more than seven years now. Each year the program gets better and better. I would hope that it continues to assist the average person preparing their taxes with even more tax code interpretation and explaination. I love it!!
What's great about it: Good guidance and great explanations!
What's not so great: Some interview functions unnecessary for former Turbo Tax users

Tax Prep is a Blast!

Using TurboTax do prepare and file my taxes is simple and comprehensive. I can see step by step what my returns or taxes due are going to be for both federal and state taxes. I have been a loyal customer for more than six years and will continue to use TurboTax as long as it continues to provide me with the simple, safe, effective service I am used to.
What's great about it: Simple and Comprehensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick & Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. This year's (2012) was the most user friendly version. It was very easy to move from section to section of the program. I did not get lost like in past years. The Tabs have been very helpful in the navigation to get to sections of the program.
What's great about it: The Guidance is great. Using the program was easy without guidance.
What's not so great: Not obvious where the working files are saved if you don't use the default.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax. I find it very easy to use. The hints as to where to find information is easy to understand.
What's great about it: Questions were easy to understand
