Great Service

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and I am very pleased with the service they provide. I had one issue and called the support line and the representative was able to quickly resolve my issue. Thanks!
What's great about it: Awesome Service, Very helpful. FAST AND EASY
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Though this program has been out the longest (and at one time the best) it has definitely gone downhill in recent year.
If you make a mistake it is extremely tedious to correct. Also, overrides are not permitted on the forms. One copy of the state return was not free. NEXT YEAR I WILL SWITCH TO ANOTHER TAX PROGRAM!!! I would not recommend buying Turbo Tax!

What's not so great: Not able to go back and correct mistakes, Cannot override numbers on form, One copy of state return was not free to file

Love the speed and ease

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years now. I can not imagine ever changing because the application has always been the easiest and fastest way to file my taxes. I can remember the old days of filling out everything by hand, the corrections I had to make, and the countless hours it took. No more of that nightmare for me. And there is no way I would pay a CPA to do what Turbo Tax does for so little.
What's great about it: Easy, simple, painless, and FAST
What's not so great: The fees for filing the state returns

Skip the headache

Using Turbotax this year found me a great refund for my educational expenses, it's really nice to get something back for everything I've put in for school. The program is very user friendly and I've used it every year since I started doing my own taxes without ever having a problem.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, really does find you refunds that you wouldn't have ever found, the risk checker is also very useful
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Thorough, Complete, Accurate

Turbo Tax is perfectly suited to my needs. I'm a retiree, with pensions and itemized deductions. I have been using this program for six years now and it has been spot-on for me each and everytime.
What's great about it: Transfers info from previous year returns - saves lots of time

Turbo Tax

This is my third year using Turbo Tax. The first year my information didn't save on my computer. Last year it saved and literally I was done with my taxes in a few minutes. I realized that i didn't need the deluxe because my deductions didn't meet the minimum deduction. I will remember this for next year and save some money.
What's great about it: Copied everything from last year
What's not so great: none

Turbo Tax takes all the anxiety out of doing my taxes. It guides me through the process and allows me to complete my taxes effortlessly. It doesn't get any easier than this. The menus guide you through each step and allow you to review along the way. Prior to completion, it reviews your return to ensure that no errors were made. It also makes filing your taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: Simple, Straight-forward & Complete
