Years of using turbotax ITS GREAT

I've had excellent results year after year , won't use anything else. I've tryed before and was not going to get as large a return.

My tax gets more complicated each year, Turbo never lets us down.
What's great about it: Just everything is included, I can't stump the program.
What's not so great: Not able to print out each screen for visual reference.

Almost too Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have never had a problem, even when things were quite complex.
What's great about it: Covered everything
What's not so great: A little weak on help with Form K-1

Easier each year

Using Turbo tax each year means that taxes are quicker every year. Information about community property states for same gender married couples was helpful.
What's great about it: shows last year info to compare
What's not so great: dosen't link same gender community property info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax Returns Done!!

Turbo Tax is a great way to file your Taxes!! I feel involved in my return, and have peace of mind that it was completed correctly and that I got all the deductions that I was entitled to.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use, and a good feeling when it's completed>

I love turbo tax and my husband and I have used it for the last 6yrs.
What's great about it: Grear step by step walk through.
What's not so great: HSA section could use better descriptive details.

Don't need to worry!

Always feel close to 100% that did my taxes correctly when I use TurboTax since I do all of my family's taxes.
What's great about it: The "explain this" information is pretty straightforward and typically answer my questions.
What's not so great: Private vs public pensions need clarification as well as RMD status and how to understand if requirements are met.
