Great tool and helps me to do taxes for me and the kids at ease and help others on Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Great and easy for anyone to use and I know about tax prep!
What's not so great: Sometimes too many steps and questions.

Quick and Easy!

I enjoyed how easy the program was to follow and how fast it was. I had a little trouble finding a form I needed, and I did my taxes online last year and wished I could have imported that information to the program I bought on the disc.
What's great about it: Fast, simple, and lead me through it.
What's not so great: Trouble finding paperwork, trouble importing information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Everything went well until the very end. After I had paid for the state efile and actually initiated the efile I got a mesage that one field on a Schedule K-1 worksheet needed a valuel. If no value was available enter a zero. I entered a zero in the field that was (not clearly) indicated and clicked the CONTINUE button. The same message was repeated no matter where I entered the zero. I finally gave up, printed the state forms and snail mailed the state return.

While an overall good experience that i feel helped me get the maximum that i deserved back, i was annoyed with the "ads" that occasionally popped up while completing the deductions section.

alright - my refund was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than last year, but nothing really different happened. Not convinced the system doesn't have 'clitches'.

What's not so great: if a question - no way to see others questions and answers
