The guidance for Defined Benefit Retirement payments as opposed to IRAs etc is poor.

Many years of satisfaction

I had some difficulty finding how to add a 1099c, which had to do with our bankruptcy. But once I found the form, TT filled it out and the associatted form 892 properly. Very pleased with TT. I suggested to a co-worker and he used it for the first time this year. He is sold on the product also. Thank You TT
What's great about it: Love that each year can transfer previous year data
What's not so great: Had some difficulty finding how to add a new form for 2013

Easy as Pie

I feel confident that my tax return is accurate and complete. I really appreciate the electronic submission and receiving my refund in just a matter of days.
What's great about it: The software is so intuitive. All you have to do is "follow the bouncing ball", and answer all questions.

My wife and I find this program so simple and cost effective for us. Turbo Tax walks you through step by step and after 45min -1hr you're done and filed.

This is our third time with the turbo pros, and each experience gets better and better, Most especially dealt with are the things that I am somewhat deficient at correctly completing.. Since our trip through the turbo tax experience we are continuously recommending turbotax to our friends and neighbors. OVERALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
What's great about it: PATIENT AND COOPERATIVE PLUS STAYED AHEAD OF YOU
What's not so great: USED TURBOTAX FOR THREE YEARS WITH GOOD RESJLTS.BESIDES THE PROS i WROTE, HOW COULD i WRITE A CON?

Fairly easy to use. Unsure if some of the stuff that is difficult to understand is because of the IRS or TT interpretation.
What's great about it: Easily accessable (store stock) and well known.
What's not so great: Always and error i.e. 2106 duplicate form this year.

The process went very smoothly.
One thing I would suggest though is maybe an optional link with a picture of the location on the form in question; that would provide that 100 % feeling of peace of mind.
