I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it always makes my life easier at tax time. I love this product.
What's great about it: Extemely quick filing from Fed to State
What's not so great: Having to pay for state efile

E-filing ability is not accurate

We've used Turbo Tax for a few years now and have had three Form 2106's each year (employee business expenses). In previous years we have been able to e-file with these circumstances, yet this year Turbotax tells us we can't e-file due to "federal regulations relating to the filing of forms".
I then went to the IRS website and found that the IRS themselves say we can e-file up to four of these forms! Turbotax needs to update to be consistent with what is shown on the IRS website.
As far as being thorough for finding deductions, I'm pleased with the software. However, I very much dislike the inconvenience of having to mail my return.
What's great about it: Mostly user friendly
What's not so great: Can't e-file if you have more than one form 2106

Overall I was happy I could E- File and get it done . Is there a way that I can still get Audit Defense?
What's great about it: Doing the steps to complete taxes was agreat help.
What's not so great: Turbo tax has a bug when trying to file after accepting Audit defense. I wanted Audit defense but Turbo Tax crashed .
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Taxes Done Early Again!

Better direct access to report a "glitch" with the TurboTax software would have been helpful. I took my taxes with me on a trip to visit family in South America and discovered a "glitch". However, when I returned to the US, a software download corrected the problem.
You keep getting better.
A satisfied customer - once again!
What's great about it: It keeps getting better each year. With a little preparation, it's done!
What's not so great: The state e-file should be free.

used TurboTax for many years and have always been very pleased with this product. I feel very confident in filing my taxes with this program
What's great about it: short and to the ponint questions
What's not so great: answers to questions in support section were unclear
