This is the 2nd year in a row I have issues with the FREE STATE efile. Other than that I love it.
What's great about it: Easy to use !!
What's not so great: I am being charged for my advertized free state efile

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

This product is a very good tax preparation product. I have used TurboTax for years and I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use. It guided me through each step.
What's not so great: I can't really think of any except that it costs to file the state return.

LOVE THAT IT IMPORTS FIGURES AND INFORMATION FROM PRIOR YEAR SO IT SAVES A LOT OF TIME.

What's great about it: Easy to use,
What's not so great: Paying extra for state when encluded in package, Reviewing should enclude questions and more Tax facts.

I LOVE TURBO TAX AS IT WAS SO EASY FOR ME. ( I,M 72 YEARS OLD AND ELECTRICS ARE NOT VERY EASY FOR ME. SO I WAS VERY HAPPY TO FIND TURBO TAX AND BE ABLE TO DO MY OWN TAXES.
What's great about it: so very easy
