Above and Beyond

I thought I had lost all my hours of hard work preparing my taxes on Turbo Tax when my family did not save the file. It was gone. I checked everywhere I knew to look. Poof, just gone. I called Customer Support and worked with Jarod. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He tried several options and was able to retrieve my lost file. He was amazing and I am very appreciative.
Look forward to may years of working with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Amazing Service
What's not so great: Saving my file was a problem

I have used turbotax for years and was disappointed with the lack of info as to upgrades that would be needed to use turbotax this year. I alsomfound the software to be more confusing thisnyear.
What's not so great: new updates to existing hardware without sufficient notice

I prepared this return for my niece and her spouse. The difficulty was not with the program,rather digging the information out from very unorganized people and then putting it quickly into a logical flow of the tax return.
Using Turbo Tax to prepare a tax return is probably the best thing since canned beer !!
What's great about it: Logical step by step entry of information

2012: best so far!

This year's version is decidedly better: The guided method is more user-friendly and goes more smoothly than in previous years. The Deluxe version is more than sufficient to handle investments, business deductions etc. for those who are reasonably computer-literate. We'll be sticking with TurboTax indefinitely!
What's great about it: Faster, easier to use.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of!

The product is fast was able to complete with in an hour given that i had all the paperwork together.
Little confusing on the reporting of the 401 k conversions to ira and if it needed to be reported.
overall AWESOME and fast
What's great about it: It was fast and easy.
What's not so great: needed a little more info on IRA/401k

Solidly reliable year after year

I have used the Intuit tax systems since it was only available as MacInTax only for the Macintosh platform. And now that it is called TurboTax and runs on newer Mac and PC based systems it remains a solid and reliable way to file income taxes for myself and others in my family who live in other states with incomes and expenses in more than one state.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions lead through all possible types of income and expenses and transfer the info to the proper form
What's not so great: Turbotax no longer runs on older Macintosh systems.
