Guided Mode gets better every year

The questions in guided mode were easy to understand and follow. I had the option to ask an expert which is a great asset. Even when it came to e-filing, I could just follow along with no issues. I have used Turbo Tax for years now and Intuit just continues to improve the produce.
What's great about it: Questions are very easy to understand and follow

I used turbo tax after a bad softwear year with H&R block. 2012 turbo softwear is by far the best one yet. Been using Turbo since 2009. Keep it easy to use and I'll kee on buying your product. ***** rating

I use turbo tax for myself and my kids do also but they only need the 1040ez form i wish there was a question to usher them to the EZ form

Better than others but....

I have used turbotax since the early '90s and its matured into a good product.
Thank being said it still needs to improve, most of the screens/forms are simple and straight forward to fill out but there are some that some how seem as though they were developed by another company, they don't have the same feel and flow as the other.
What's great about it: quick, accurate
What's not so great: some of the forms are difficult to comprehend and a royal pain in the backside to fill out

2012 Return

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Ease of prep.
What's not so great: I feel that the state return s/b e-filed for free, too!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
