quick and easy

I have been using TurboTax for many years and keep using it because it makes doing itemized taxes relatively easy! Particularly like the ease of listing donations as this saves time and hassle. Highly recommend this program.
What's great about it: Appreciate how it walks me through the steps so nothing is forgotten.

Turbo Easy!

This is my sixth year using TurboTax to process my families tax returns and it is easier than ever. The import feature - allowing import of the previous year's information - along with being able to pull W-2 info and other items (bank account info, etc.) directly from the web is awesome.
The walk-through process is great and really gives you the "warm and fuzzy" that you didn't miss anything. Even though I have used TurboTax six times now I still use this feature each time, it's actually kinda fun! A lot of people complain when tax season comes around, I have no complaints with TurboTax! I love it and I don't see my 2013 return being done any other way!
What's great about it: Easy. Personalized feel. Walkthroughs are a breeze. Peace of mind. Refund Guarantee and Audit Defense.
What's not so great: None!

Using TurboTax for over 10 years

TurboTax has improved by using radio buttons for yes/no questions. However, some questions (under education deductions) it does not remember previously entered answers. I like to review the answers, and should just need to hit 'continue'. Unfortunately, I have to re-answer questions.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: some radio buttons not remembered when reviewing

TurboTax has gotten better over the years. I like the ability to pull all information into the current year from the past and then show a comparison of the dollar amounts for all categories. Helps to see if you missed anything and how you compare to prior year. Gives me a comfort level that I did my taxes consistently. I like the quick help topics so you check your understanding of the question you fill out if needed. I also like how it leads you through everything and tells you what the software is doing and what is next.

An Old Friend...but always improved

I love TurboTax. I liked it when it was little more than a fancy spreadsheet way back when...like about 1989....and it gets better every single year.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, intuitive (pun intended), flexiblle

Pretty Intuitive

If California requires submission of federal return, figure out how to print documents for MY records without printing a second copy of my federal return.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to follow the interview format.
What's not so great: Having to go through EVERY step of a section when I need to change one thing.
