lots of infomation

I have been useing torbo tax for 7 years and i seem to be getting better at it each year like useing turbo tax and if you keep improving your product that would be great.
What's great about it: torbo review alowed me to check if my input was correct
What's not so great: help info could be more to the point

Not easy to move from forms to entry screens. Had to hunt to find out form info was on. Help option needs to be simpler. Mistakenly entered info and took a long time to correct as i could not find it.
What's not so great: Not easy to move from federal to state returns. Not easy to go directly to forms and back to entry screens

Makes it easy!

TurboTax makes filing taxes as easy as possible. While it takes some personal organizing, TurboTax helps to streamline the process. Follow the prompts, use the help boxes, and it's a breeze!
What's great about it: Questions to streamline the process, organized into manageable sections, good pop-up help boxes for clarifications
What's not so great: Could not look at actual tax form as it was being completed, difficult to find and fix errors

Easy Program to use

Last year with the IRS being late getting updates on forms out to the public, Turbo Tax and everyone else had problems with software. We had a real time getting the program down loaded but there were two individuals with Intuit that worked really hard and finally got the program to me so I could do my taxes. Everything worked just like it had in the past and the efiles for both Federal and State went well. The only thing it did not save the information to transfer to this year's program. I have use Turbo Tax for a number of years and will continue to do so. Thanks
What's great about it: The program walks you through in a manner easy to follow.
What's not so great: Program could not find last year's information to transfer.

Turbo Tax is a great way of doing your taxes. Very precise and helpful. Very pleased. Not one complaint. All should use this.

Overall, we were and are still very pleased with Turbo Tax; the program certainly makes doing your taxes simple and fast. Although we didn't get as much back this year, it could be a good thing since we didn't overpay. With that said, it would be nice if the middle class got a bit of a break. At any rate, thank you very much!

Been using for years, but now trusting on faith since it's darn near impossible to find answers. Been filing itemized for years and this year the program says standard deduction is best but w/o explanation? All deductions are very close to last year so apparently there was a major change, but no way I could find out. Going on-line...trying an expert...a forum? All incredibly complicated and not worth the effort. I also just don't understand why the TT format has to be different every year? Very frustrating to try and find out how to go back to something skipped and then not have to repeat everything after that point in completing the process...how 'bout a block saying return to your last stage? Just glad the whole thing is over for another year!
