Most of the tax process is confusing so what do you want me to say? Thanks for getting it done. What do you mean add an image? Do you mean picture or what? I can't read your mind. By the way I'm widowed not one of your options.
What's great about it: Fairly easy.

2012 Format

I have used Turbo tax for more than a dozen years and will continue to do so for another dozen but please make it easier for seniors to use. I am 71 years of age and my eye- sight is a little limited, and for that reason I found the font you use somewhat difficult to read. I also think you could use different colors for the yes and no check boxes.
What's great about it: Confidence in your up to date software and the built in rechecking of filled in information.
What's not so great: The wording during the interview process was confusing at time. I really liked your 2011 software much better.

Not a fan of the interview approach

Overall a fine tax preparation program but after you have done your taxes yourself for a few years, the interview approach really slows you down.
Plus it did not catch a mismatch between a donation state and zip until the final step of the electronic filing process
What's great about it: Completes all of the necessary forms; does all of the math
What's not so great: Too focused on the step-by-step, could not figure out how to start a new form in the form view. No import from Motif

Using TurboTax has made doing my taxes a less daunting task that I dreaded each year. TurboTax takes me through the filing process with straightforward, easy to follow instructions. Now doing my taxes is no longer stressful and overly time consuming. I've recommended it to friends who now love it as much as I do. It's a great product.

Good software value

Filing taxes is a pain no matter, no matter when and our Indiana State Taxes are more complicated than the Federal Taxes so Turbo Tax is at it 's best walking through the minefield of the former. E-file really speeds up getting all refunds.
What's great about it: Interview process is generally quite good. Usually includes everything needed for the average user.
What's not so great: Searching unusual topics could be easier.
