Super Easy!

I love Turbo tax! Makes filing my taxes very easy. Even if I wasn't tax savvy I would highly recommend Turbo Tax to individuals with straightforward tax situations. The intuitive interface will get you all the way through it easy enough.
What's great about it: simple entry, great calculators, very flexible
What's not so great: none really

I will never use turbotax again

suppose to be a problem with my state and tried to redo that part. Warning in media not to use tubro tax as my state was not going to accept any more returns from turbo tax users, could not get it to work. kept shutting off and unable to even open my state. will never use turbo tax again

I found this years program frustrating. My simple return was made more difficult using TurboTax. Not able to amortize points from a refinance from year to year is a real problem. Help, in general, and forums not easy to get to and use. Only thing I found was that others were having the same problem which provided several work arounds. Shouldn't have a need for work arounds. State help was non-existent. Price keeps going up but program is getting worse. Going to consider somebody else next year

Allow more electronic filings

Allow more electronic filings Also State free filings should be same as Federal. Nobody wants t o pay fee. You should be helping State by filing electronicly and therefore should be free. Now everbody is filing by mail. Put some pressure on the states (Indiana)

Made a Painful Chore Bearable

Since I converted about 5 years ago, I'm totally sold on Turbo Tax! Although this is a painful annual event, I feel comfortable I'm addressing all the issues with their complete questionnaires.
What's great about it: As much as I hate doing my annual tax forms, Turbo makes it easy by asking all the questions
What's not so great: No one can make paying taxes enjoyable!

Overall, this was the easiest year for me yet. Quick and accurate. Just the glitch aat the end about not printing.
What's great about it: Helped with review and mistakes
What's not so great: Could not print copy. Kept trying to sell me something.

TT 2012 review

Easy to use. Automatically imports data from old returns and updates for dependents. I will continue to use this product until I hit the lottery.
What's great about it: As always, easy to use
What's not so great: I had to pay State taxes! But that's not TT's fault...
