Turbo Tax Deluxe

The Step by step method of doing my taxes was very easy. There were lots of helpful hints and explinations along the way. When I needed to get more documentation, I could stop and save my work and go dig up the documents. As I said, there were lots of questions that had nothing to do with my situation, but I understand that. That is the only way to make sure I am getting the best refund I can get. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step made it easy--start and stop too.
What's not so great: Lots of questions that did not relate to my situation

Excellent Product!

This is the second year I have used Turbo Tax after having switched from another tax preparation software. This product is excellent! The step by step process instills confidence that I am not going to forget or miss something. The entire preparation is time consuming but that is because of our complex tax code. Turbo Tax helps in making the complex bearable. Thank you for an excellent product and service!
What's great about it: Step by step process; Do not fear missing something.
What's not so great: Time consuming; Tax code is too complex.

Thorough review of all potential deductions, good information on all types of deductions, easy to use, both interviews and forms approaches, review features very useful. Importation of information from financial institutions is most useful and a great time saver.

Low stress

I've used TurboTax for well over a decade. The program not only asks all the right questions to eek out the most favorable return, but answers questions that may be raised. My returns are very simple with just a few "regular" deductions. TurboTax makes tax form preparation very straightforward. I'll be a user until I cannot any longer, which I expect to be decades away!
What's great about it: Easy to use; accurate; quick
What's not so great: Lots of questions. I know: necessary, but . . .

Remember when...

Remember when filing taxes meant that you needed a degree in deciphering the foreign language embedded in all of those forms that took days to understand and finally attempt to complete? Turbo Tax has been able to break down every step so that every person can file their own taxes simply and even more importantly, correctly!

--Accurate

I will continue to use Turbo Tax and recommend it to all my friends.
What's great about it: Ease of use! It walks you right through your return!
