Quick & Painlesss

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1998. Each year it has gotten better and easier to use. I'd say, "don't fix it cuz it ain't broken" but I know you'll create new and better bells and whistles for next year. Considering we're talking IRS and Income Tax here, Turbo Tax is a treat to work with.
What's great about it: I like EVERYTHING about Turbo Tax!
What's not so great: What's not to like?

I have used TurboTax for many, many years and every year it gets better and easier to use. The print part is a little confusing but other than that it is great.,

Defense Audit getting too expensive

I like how TT asked very detail questions and allows you just to provide the information.. WHat I did not like this year is the continuing increase in the Audit Defense. If it goes up again next year I will skip it and take my chances.

Government tax laws are getting to be TOO much to understand...BUT TurboTax sure can keep up...Especially when going through step by step in acknowledging them, though we wouldn't use some of them...TurboTax is sure very thorough.
What's great about it: Every tax & credit covered

What a relief

We had all kinds of new deductions to take this year. New baby, medical expenses, donation, etc. Turbo Tax walked us through them and made a big box of receipts and questions simple.
What's great about it: Made a complicated return easy
What's not so great: a few too many unneeded sections

On review copy with work sheets the first three pages seam to be written in some foreign language with strange incorrect info. Hope the information sent to IRS is like the forms that are in english?
