So Easy!

Turbo tax makes tax preparation a breeze. I love the fact that it can pull data from previous returns. What a time-saver. I have purchased Turbo tax since 2006 and would not use any other program. Great product!
What's great about it: Turbo tax is a wonderful tool that is so easy to use. Just click the right boxes and soon you're done
What's not so great: I could not file my state taxes electronically. Not because of Turbo tax but because of state regulations

Using Turbo Tax for more than ten years with never an audit or problem. I have always either paid the lowest possible rate, or in a couple of occasions, actually received a tax refund. I have had my returns checked a couple of times by a CPA and she couldn't find any errors, omissions, or missed opportunities for lowering my tax rate. A great product, and the only one I will ever use.
What's great about it: Quick, thorough, and I am assured that there are no mistakes.

I like this program because it asks the pertinent questions and assigns the answers (values) to the correct rubric. All I needed was the correct files from which to supply the answers.
What's great about it: does all the math and fills in the blanks
What's not so great: occasional sentences have two meanings. require a lot of thinking to ferret out the correct meaning.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

EVEN USING FORMS INSTEAD OF INTERVIEW, IT WASN'T CLEAR WHERE TO GO. SHOULD BE ABLE TO ENTER INFO ON INFO PAGE AND GO STRAIGHT TO W2S, 1099S, ETC. AND FILL FROM ORIGINAL COPIES.
NOT EASY TO PRINT ONLY COPIES WANTED.
HARD TO BACKUP TO USB DRIVE
NEED A MANUAL WITH INSTRUCTIONS
What's great about it: INSTALLED EASILY
What's not so great: VERY CUMBERSOME AND HARD TO FIND WHAT I NEED EASILY

Over a Decade of Us

We've been using Turbo Tax to file our taxes for over ten years, and each year, we are so glad we bought the program again. It only takes me an hour or so to go through the whole program and to e-file our tax return. We are very loyal to Turbo Tax and we just don't understand why people don't trust it to find all their deductions and get the maximum refund. Has anyone brought their Turbo Tax tax return forms to a CPA to see if he/she could do better? We have once, and she said it was perfect.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Convenient
