Another year of Successful Tax Preparation

This is my 8th straight year of using Turbo Tax. The great thing aboudt it is that if you organize your stuff ahead of time it takes you a couple of hours to do the whole thing. The cost of the software is minimal and the benefits are outstanding.
What's great about it: Step by Step process, the fact that the State Taxes are done at the same time
What's not so great: Nada

Works for Me

Many years ago, before Tax Software was really established, I created my own Lotus spread sheet version of the needed forms. Really a cool exercise, but would not stand up to what is needed today. TT is quite "intuitive" well in keeping with the parent company name.
Some of the correction portions can get confusing and could maybe use a little more complete documentation at the ?key. Maybe some hints or suggestions.
But, having used TT for several years now, just keep up the good work and don't make me shop.
What's great about it: At this point, TT works because it is the one I know.
What's not so great: Sometimes get lost in a loop--esp. with business related entries.

TurboTax Improves Every Year

TurboTax is an excellent tax preparation application for the non-professional. The overall quality of TurboTax made completion and submission of my tax forms about as painless as possible and gave me confidence that I had done a complete and correct job. I'd like to congratulate the tax professionals, content providers and software developers who contributed to TurboTax for a job well done.
What's great about it: Screen layout, instructions, supplemental explanations and information all were excellent.
What's not so great: Navigation to correct errors and omissions on previous forms sometimes not intuitive.

Made filing taxes easy!

Turbo Tax made it easy to file my taxes on my own. It helped me by walking me through all the areas I may have missed in my own or didn't know about.
I will definitely use Turbo Tax again.
What's great about it: I liked the way it walked me through everything.
What's not so great: Didn't have any trouble using Turbo Tax.

TT Rocks!

especially like the audit section where it says relax we don't see any audit concerns. Don't have to worry about calculation errors for forgetting to fill out a certain tax form - it's automatic.
