Good product

Turbo Tax found that I was required to pay a penalty, but after reviewing the IRS publication for the 1040, I do not see why the penalty and the Turbo Tax provides no explanation as to why it found the penalty. I paid the penalty since it was small, but still resent having to pay it with no explanation.
When Schedule C-EZ is printed, the date on Part III, line 4 is printed under the line for the date, not above the line.
Other than those two things, I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years and am glad that it is available for tax filing.
What's great about it: Good stepwise helps as go through the process and Turbo Tax seems to get better each year
What's not so great: Have to pay for State e-filing.

I have used TurboTax for many years. Have never had any problems. Rely on it 100 percent.
What's great about it: Makes tax returns easy, eliminates hiring a pro.
What's not so great: no complaints
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax made it easy for me to file. It guided me every step of the way and it was helpful that it pulled up and compared my last year's submissions

TurboTax was very easy and straightforward to use. I am not very tax savvy, but the program made it super easy to file my taxes. It was cheaper than going to a tax store or using an accountant as well. I would recommend this to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy, straightforward, cheaper than using and accountant or tax store
What's not so great: You don't know how much it will cost to file your taxes until you are about to file them

Turbo Tax walks you through the process so you don't have to know yourself what tax information you need - the program tells you. I've become more confident the longer I've used Turbo Tax.
