Each year it gets easier to use and file with IRS issue.
What's great about it: Simple questions with clear prepared responses
What's not so great: VA charge to file electronically, not TURBOTAX

Good but could be improved

Overall it was easy to use, but did not like extra e-file state charge at the end. Also, the question related to royalties was confusing because it seemed to limit them in scope. All questions should be reverified for accuracy.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Extra state charge at end. Some questions need improvement

I found the entire process easy. I am assuming though that the file has been saved. I think it would be good if there were a "save" button.

My tax return isn't particulary complicated, but TurboTax helps make sure I don't forget things, and sorts out confusion about where certain entries belong.

Year over year, the amount of data tracked and enhancements made to make the tax filing seamless amazes me. It pulls in previous years data and information from my financial institutions effortlessly. In the years I've been using TurboTax I have never encounter an error. Thank You.

When it asked for expenses for prescriptions and/or medical, the examples did not include the costs of insurance. It took us a while to find if they were included. If it had been included in the examples, it would have saved us some time.
What's great about it: Mostly quick and easy
What's not so great: deductions for health insurance unclear
