Easy to Use

Only problem was importing data from UBS Financial Services. Instructions are not clear that contacting UBS is required before importing.
What's great about it: Quick calculations, useful guideance.

TurboTax....SO Easy!!

I've used TurboTax for years. I really appreciate the import of information from last years return. It makes completing the various area straight forward and acts as a solid reminder. Whether it is inputting your information, checking for errors, or filing this is, and always has been, a rock solid product.
What's great about it: Ease of use

I have been using Turbotax since 2000, never had a problem and never been audited.... couldn't ask for anything more.

With the exception of not being able to print a summary of my charitable contributions (without printing the whole form for each charity), TurboTax was fantastic. Finished my taxes in record time this year!
What's great about it: RMD/retirement programs

Wife's Social Security Benefits should have been exempt from taxes - she made less than $3k. When filing joint form, Turbotax listed 50% of benefits as taxable.
Only option was to file seperately, which would have required a larger total tax payment.

Taxes Made Easy

With Turbo Tax, it's SO easy to file my taxes. I love that I don't have to do any math at all. I love the conversational language incorporated into the program (almost like I'm sitting down with a tax preparer). I like the graphics used throughout the program. I really like that it shows you your Refund amount or Owe amount as you are going through instead of making you wait until the end. That helps me to know what in the process is causing me to have to owe more or what is causing me to get more of a refund. I love the "learn more" links where I can read about that particular topic. That's such a great help!
You guys are genius!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes it SO easy to file my taxes!
What's not so great: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Since using TurboTax, starting in 2004, I have lost my fear of doing my taxes. This software is a good investment for users because of the comfort ability, accuracy and reliability.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly
What's not so great: Only one minor glitch on state return
