Worked well as usual!!
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions, process is quick
What's not so great: Hard to see where the actual IRS forms are; can't always print page being viewed

Before it would efile, it asked for the state and zip code from my W-2. I don't have any W-2s, only 1099s. Very confusing but I entered info from 1099.

Didn't receive free state e-file.

I would recommend this only for the Federal filing and only e-file that one not state as they don't give you the one free e-filing for state as it did ask me.

Still Questions

I have used turbo Tax since 2007 and I do not believe I will use again. I do not know if I am getting my full refund or not. More deductions this year, less income and more taxes. Can not figure out why my refund is less with additional credits. Only time will tell if I purchase again

What's not so great: New Charges, Where did educator expenses go

Improve for Retired Income

I had a hard time determining where to insert my retirement pension.
I also had a difficulty determining where to insert the interest paid by the IRS for 2012.

Best - Year After Year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and the only error was mine when I gave incorrect information. Turbo Tax does all the figuring for you all you do is furnish the information when prompted.Take the figures off your forms and Turbo Tax does everything else.Better than doing it longhand .
What's great about it: Step by step direction with help by phone when needed
What's not so great: Problem with CD - wouldn't go to state return

Thorough and Easy

Been using Turbo Tax for many years. Leads you through the often confusing tax form in a direct, easy and thorough manner. Answers questions or refers you to other help options when needed. Everything is easy, even provides an easy to use means of charity donations. Great product.
