do not understand when you do not have some paticular info, you can not complete return. sometimes the information is not available or ypu cannot get it. and the info does not affect the income or deduction.
What's great about it: info carried forward
What's not so great: deleting forms like k1 not needed this year

Fast and easy

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and always have been pleased with the ease of use and the speed of completion. After the first use you learn how to be more organized the next time, and each year it gets faster to enter my info.
What's great about it: Walks you through with step-by-step questions
What's not so great: uses words to explain things that need explaining themselves

On the W2Gs I wish you had to enter their address only on one form when you have alot of the same addresses for instance on the Gambling Winnings.

The Filing Experience

Was generally not as smooth as years past. Stumbled badly on one 1099R data. Should give better info on qualified and non-qualified plans and not ask about required minimum withdrawals when they are not pertinent. Didn't recognize that zip code and state had been clearly entered on one 1099R data entry. Overall this product was inferior to years past. If this is a trend, I may not use it again. My nickname of Bob was fine for the filing but too short for the review??????
What's great about it: Thorough and generally easy to use.
What's not so great: Some clunky spots. Deleting and correcting is a chore at time,

Final Printing as .pdf Message: Errors found

Final print preview; print as .pdf. Msg: "errors found in document, cancel or continue".
There is no way to find out what the errors are or where to go to fix them. The Turbo Tax final reviews showed there were no errors in the tax returns, and that they could be filed to the Fed and State Tax agencies.
