First time filling US tax by myself

Previous years returns were filed by CPA. This year I did my 2012 tax return through Turbo Tax and it was very straight forward.

Missing City Return

It didn't print my City of Detroit return. I can't find it or pull it back up to print. What's going on. That's why I can't give you five stars.
What's great about it: Everything was cool and easy to use.

I've been using this software for 10 years. I would use nothing else. It is very simple to use. It is accurate. You can call for help.

Printing return and instructions

I would like to have an easier way to opt out of printing the instructions and thank you letter when printing my copies of the returns. This wastes paper and ink. Also a way to not print the estimated tax forms filled in as I make an estimate but of a different amount than what is calculated for me. Thank you for your time to consider this.
What's great about it: Have used TurboTax for several years.
What's not so great: Extra and unnecessary printing.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The input of data is streamlined and straight forward, with plenty of tips for looking at additional areas of tax savings.
What's great about it: Seems to be kept up to date.
What's not so great: Does not produce print output within standard PDF margins.
