It would be helpful if you defined the basic additional help/Worksheets/Forms when advising to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier during the interview.

each year it seems a little friendlier to complete the return.
What's great about it: easy to work through the return and can return when needed
What's not so great: nothing to add
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fastest filing ever!!!!

2012 Turbo Tax was easier than 2011. I even had to input everything again because I bought a new computer and was still done in under a hour. I told my son to use Turbo Tax but he insisted on going to the other guys. He had to wait about a week for them to complete and file the basic tax form. He said he should have listened to me. I told him mama knows best!!!
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

taxes were easy to do for my first time. walked me through step by step/ couldn't print preview so called turbotax help desk. She was very very helpful and determined I needed to download Adobe Reader to complete the process. Once that was done, I was able to complete the process just fine.

This is my third straight year w Turbo Tax. Great product. I wish I could get some $$$$ back this year. I was unemployed in 2012 and use retirement savings to pay bills and that screwed me up. Hopefully I'll stick w Turbo Tax for my 2013 returns

Overall, Turbo Tax is very user friendly. It walks you through step by step and tells you how it is calculating your return. Useful tips and suggestions are provided , and there is plenty of "help" buttons for when you get confused. I've used it for three years now and am already planning on buying the software for next year.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process
What's not so great: Sometimes trying to go back and find/edit a specific deduction is tricky

I FOUND TURBO TAX TO BE VERY EASY TO MOVE THROUGH. HOWEVER, AFTER I WAS DONE, I NEEDED TO GO BACK TO MY BUSINESS SCHEDULE C, I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING BACK TO WHERE I NEEDED TO BE. BUT OVERALL, I WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT EVERY YEAR. THANKS.
