Most functions I have used work well for me. Occational problems occure with inaddiquate instructions. This year I ran into a problem with determining wether I as a landlord needed to provide 1099-MISC to independent contractors. The answers were not in Turbo Tax or the support websites.
What's great about it: Reliably easy to use. Saves input of prior year data
What's not so great: State official instructions are missing.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2005, never disappointed. Each year it gets easier.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate
What's not so great: Going back can be difficult in the software

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I like the idea of showing the previous year tax as a comparison.
If you read all the prompted questions, and answer correctly your return will be simple and easy.
