IT WAS SO EASY!! IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING I JUST HIT THE LEARN MORE TAB AND IT HELPED ME UNDERSTAND. IT WASNT VERY TIME CONSUMING AND IT WAS ALL PRETTY MUCH SELF EXPLAINTORY!!! I LOVED IT

First-Time TurboTax User; New Loyal Customer

I loved using this software. I had always used software from a competitor for the past 5 years. Decided to give TurboTax a try this year to see how it was. I have to say that it made the process of filing my federal and state taxes very easy. It asked me questions in a way that made sense. I actually realized that if I had used this software a few years ago when I incurred a large amount of expenses, I could have actually had a larger deduction. Unfortunately, since I used the competitor software, I didn't know to provide this information and missed the opportunity. Lesson learned.
It's a bit more expensive than the competitive software, but obviously worth it. Will definitely use again
What's great about it: Easy to use, Asked Questions that Competitor Software never asked me, Gave me confidence that I had correct info
What's not so great: Constantly required upgrades at startup, Doesn't offer free representation in the event of an audit

I love TurboTax products. I have used them for the last 7 years, even though taxes are difficult and confusing TurboTax make is easier by providing help along the way.
What's great about it: the quick help guide and pop up explanations are helpful
What's not so great: still takes a long time to complete 2 hours from loan to transmission

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now and I keep coming back every year because I trust it, it's easy and it's fast! I Love it and it was recommended to me by my brother and I will forever be grateful to him for looking out for me!
