I have used your tax form for more than five years. This year was most likely the hardest for me to get through. I will more than likely use some other form for next year.

I have always liked ease of using Turbotax; never have at hand all the details gov't needs.
What's great about it: knew all tax requirements/laws.
What's not so great: I've filed with TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS IN A ROW. THIS TIME MY PREVIOUS RECORDS WEREN'T TRANSFERRED

I was having a problem with downloading my state return and in turn it wanted to charge me for my return instead of charging me for state e-file.This was from a deluxe package. The individual whom I spoke with didn't stop until he had the right answer. Very professional from start to finish. Thank you very much for the professional service TurboTax!

Easy to use

Thanks TurboTax. This is much better than trying to figure out the forms alone. Sure hope to see the deductions transfer from Intuit next year.
What's great about it: The step by step instructions and explanations were awesome!
What's not so great: Why provide Intuit Deductions if they won't transfer? I was not the only one--others were asking too. Can you fix this?

Good program, but a little drawn out

We have been using TurboTax for about 7 years and have never had a problem with the tax returns. The terminology continues to be more down to earth and not at all "tax-ese". In the past few years, we know that our situation will not allow us to deduct expenses, but the program does not allow us to just skip the deductions section and just apply the Standard Deduction.
The other thing that bothers us is that when you are working down through the major sections, the program scrolls back to the top every time, so you have to scroll down all the time to continue. It would be less frustrating if the program would just stay in place until the last portion is finished and then go to the top and scroll down through the section before continuing on to the next portion of the return.
What's great about it: Asked appropriate questions in relatively understandable terms.
What's not so great: Scrolls back to the top of the topic every time a section is completed

Love TurboTax!

I really do like TurboTax alot. Doing my own taxes is fun with TurboTax. I used to do it by hand before this software became available. TurboTax makes the process fun --- believe it or not!!
What's great about it: I used to do this by hand but TurboTax has made this process easy!!!
What's not so great: Always feel like I miss things, not errors, just missed 'not common' deductions.
